The following terms of service govern the use of the Discord-Twitch Stream Announcement Bot service provided by Sylexo.com e.U. (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). By using the service, you agree to comply with these terms of service.
The Discord-Twitch Stream Announcement Bot allows users to configure their desired Twitch streamers to be announced on their Discord server by making settings on the Providers website. The use of the service is at your own risk.
The payment process for the service is handled through PayPal and is subject to PayPals terms of service. The Provider does not collect or store any payment information from users. All payment-related matters are governed by PayPals terms of service and privacy policy.
The Provider collects and uses certain user data to provide and improve the service. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of this data. The Provider collects the users email address, Discord ID, and Discord name from Discord. All other information, such as name, surname, address, postal code, city, and phone number, are voluntary user-provided inputs.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information they provide. Users must not use the service for unlawful or inappropriate purposes. The Provider reserves the right to deny or restrict access to the service in case of violation of these terms of service.
The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Provider.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. In the event of significant changes, the Provider will inform the users accordingly. Users may terminate the service at any time by removing the Discord-Twitch Stream Announcement Bot from their Discord server and/or deleting the bot on the provided management page. For the Providers premium service, it is valid for one year. If a user removes the bot during the subscription period, the premium features can still be utilized until the end of the subscription period. Refunds are not provided.
By using our service, you agree that we may collect certain data to provide you with personalized services. This data collection is strictly based on your prior consent as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your data. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms of Service.
